About the ReadyWEET Project

Funded by the US Department of Energy, the Ready Southeast Workforce for Emerging Energy Technology (ReadyWEET) program is intended to increase the market penetration of four technologies: air-source heat pumps, residential battery systems, electric vehicle charging systems, and heat pump water heaters. These technologies were chosen because they have some of the greatest potential for energy savings, cost savings, and market growth.

This material is based upon work supported by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) under the Building Technologies Office Award Number DE-EE0009743. “The views expressed herein do not necessarily represent the views of the U.S. Department of Energy or the United States Government.”
